The Philippine International Furniture Show (PIFS) 2025 has concluded, leaving a lasting impression of the talent and innovation present within the Filipino design community. This year’s event, held together with Interior & Design Manila, successfully highlighted the blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern aesthetics that defines Philippine furniture design.
The 33rd PIFS emphasized sustainable practices, showcasing pieces that utilized natural materials and reflected the diverse landscapes of the Philippines. Attendees experienced firsthand the unique, high-quality furniture created by local designers, and the potential for these pieces to resonate on a global scale.
A Platform for Industry Connection
The event served as a valuable platform for connecting suppliers, designers, manufacturers, and clients, both local and international. The interactive exhibits, inspired by local narratives, provided a compelling look into the future of sustainable living.
With the efforts of the Chamber of Furniture Industries of the Philippines (CFIP), the Cebu Furniture Industries Foundation Inc. (CFIF), the Pampanga Furniture Industries Foundation (PFIF), and Global-Link MP were instrumental in the event’s success.
“PIFS provides us with an invaluable opportunity to collaborate, network, and strengthen our commitment to produce world-class furniture and furnishings that mirror the artisanal excellence of each region” stated Erwin Tan, Exhibit Chairman, Philippine International Furniture Show.
