IKEA Philippines is expanding its accessibility with the launch of its first-ever Plan and Order Shop in partnership with Ayala Malls. Set to open on October 23rd at Ayala Malls TriNoma in Quezon City, the new 500-square-meter location aims to streamline the design process for residents in the Northern areas of Metro Manila.
This innovative concept store, the second IKEA location in the country, moves away from the traditional large warehouse model to focus on personalized service and project planning.

Focused Design, Services, and Convenience
The IKEA Plan and Order Shop is designed to help customers turn their home furnishing dreams into reality, one room at a time. It focuses on planning simple and complex home projects alike, such as dream kitchens, wardrobes, and living room storage, with the flexibility to plan any area of the home, big or small.
Key services offered at the TriNoma location include:
- Free Design Planning: Customers can book a complimentary, one-on-one consultation with IKEA planning specialists trained in interior design, or utilize self-service tools to design their own solution.
- Takeaway Products: A selection of popular IKEA products will be available for immediate purchase and takeaway.
- Flexible Fulfillment: For larger purchases, customers can choose home delivery, collect the order at the shop, or pick it up at a nearby collection point. The shop also offers Assembly and Kitchen Installation services.
- Full Service Support: The shop offers standard services like returns and exchanges.
- Cashless Operations: The Plan and Order Shop is cashless, accepting only IKEA Gift Cards, QR PH, debit, or credit cards for seamless payment.

Due to the smaller scale of the Plan and Order Shop compared to the main IKEA Pasay City branch, the location will not include the typical IKEA Restaurant or café. Customers seeking the full range of IKEA products and dining experience are encouraged to visit the Pasay City store.
The strategic choice of putting it up in TriNoma reflects the brand’s commitment to accessibility, it brings their products closer to more Filipinos and creates spaces that are accessible, convenient, and inspiring.
IKEA also highlighted that the new location aligns with the brand’s sustainable philosophy by allowing its consumers to save on fuel, time, and effort, while still giving them access to IKEA’s well-designed and affordable home solutions.
The new Plan and Order Shop will be open to the public starting October 23, 2025, bringing IKEA’s design philosophy closer to more Filipino homeowners and designers.
